Kids Filmmaking Bootcamp

VisArt Video presents a two-week course for aspiring filmmakers ages 11-18, held in its 135-seat event space 3102 VisArt. Attendees will learn the fundamentals of filmmaking with hands-on experience, then shoot and edit the short ‘Monster Therapy,’ in which clinical therapist Victor Frankenstein IV counsels a group of iconic movie monsters on dealing with the stresses of daily life while curbing their homicidal urges. Week two is optional, but week one is required to attend week two.
