Shadows 2022

Artists will dance, defy gravity and breathe fire in a performance/ritual that encourages participants to embrace their shadow selves. As the duo Satarah, Katie Rothweiler and Sarah Hahn have been mounting Bloom, their annual celebration of the aerial, terpsichorean and incendiary arts, since 2012. Shadows 2022 continues that tradition with an introspective turn, embodying feelings that aren’t talked about often: fear, pain, anger and abuse.
