National publications call bandleader, jazz singer, stage director, author and actress Tatiana Eva-Marie “a millennial shaking up the jazz scene.” Her singing is inspired by her own French and Gypsy heritage; a love for the Parisian art scene of the 1920-60s and a fascination for New Orleans jazz. The Brooklyn-based polymath and her quartet honors the legacy of Gypsy legend Django Reinhardt and takes audiences on a vintage musical journey back to early 20th-century Paris.
