Nooze Hounds: Kristie Puckett-Williams on the Charlotte Protests
Episode 19
On Episode 19 of the Nooze Hounds podcast, Ryan and Justin talked to Kristie Puckett-Williams, local campaign manager with the N.C. ACLU. Kristie was arrested on the first night of Charlotte protests and was right next to Justin during the now infamous incident in which police trapped and fired on protesters from above on East Fourth Street on Tuesday night. We went longer than usual discussing everything that’s occurred locally since the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police on May 24.
