South End Oktoberfest

WHAT:

Saturday, September 28, at Norfolk Hall in South End Charlotte. Join us in sampling beers from 30+ local and regional breweries while listening to live music and shopping local Charlotte vendors!

Festivalgoers will receive a commemorative South End Oktoberfest glass for sampling and to take home! Come and get your fill as this festival will benefit Safe Alliance, a nonprofit based in Charlotte that provides hope and healing to those impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault.

TICKETS:

VIP ticket holders gain access from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and receive a sampling glass and a limited South End Oktoberfest branded t-shirt! This option is limited and VIP ticket sales end on September 21.

General Admission ticket holders gain access to the festival from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and receive a sampling glass and access to all of the brews on site.

 

Early bird general admission – $35 || Early bird VIP – $50
Ticket prices increase by $5 on September 9

HOW TO GET THERE:

Norfolk Hall is located 55 steps from New Bern Station on the light rail. Park at any light rail station in Charlotte and hop on the Blue Line to arrive!

MUSIC & BEER:


Our live music stage is proudly presented by Hendrick Honda!

The Abbey Elmore Band 12:30 – 1:15 p.m.

A blend of Indie Pop and soulful Rock ranging from laid-back grooves to high energy jams.

Nathan Davis 1:30 – 2:15 p.m.

A singer/songwriter with a distinctive sound and baritone voice, Nathan has had his hand in the Charlotte music scene since moving here in 2007.

Todd Johnson 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.

Todd Johnson, front-man of a revolving member rock band, brings arena-style performances with blended American soul, country and rock & roll.

Admiral Radio 3:45 – 4:30 p.m.

With sweeping harmonies often compared to The Everly Brothers, this pair of songbirds has a Johnny-and-June charm that continues to turn heads.

Dane Page 4:45 – 5:45 p.m.

A singer/songwriter whose music pulls from contemporary folk artists like Josh Ritter and Gregory Alan Isakov. In any setting, listeners are welcomed into the music and leave feeling like old friends after a bonfire.
