Three Generations of Nostalgia with Nelly, TLC and Flo Rida

When a trio of hitmakers hit the road for a nostalgia trip, it’s best to just sit back and buckle up for the duration of the four-hour show. Nelly, TLC and Flo Rida visited Charlotte’s PNC Music Pavilion on Friday, July 26, and everyone in attendance was treated to hit after hit … after hit … after hit. From the moment Flo Rida (“Low,” “Right Round”) hit the stage as the night’s opener, through the performance of TLC’s T-Boz and Chili (“Waterfalls,” “Creep,” “What About Your Friends”) and the finishing onslaught of Nelly (“E.I.,” “Country Grammar,” “Hot In Herre”), there was plenty to sing along with, dance to and enjoy — and the all-ages crowd did just that.
