Nooze Hounds: Sam Spencer and David Valder Talk Environment

With Greta Thunberg in town today, we took the environmental discussion around climate change and sustainability down to the local level. We invited Sam Spencer, chair of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Committee; and David Valder, director of energy and sustainability at Central Piedmont Community College and co-founder and co-owner of Crown Town Compost, to discuss what can be done at a governmental, institutional and individual level to fight back against the overwhelming crisis we’re faced with.
